Parents/Guardians, please fill out this form by February 20, 2026, to register your athlete(s) for spring sports. Please fill out one form for each athlete (e.g., if you have two athletes, fill out this form twice, once for each child). You will not be selecting a level (Mod, JV, V) at this time, just the sport.
