    Administrative Assistant (Senior Typist)

    • 12-month, full-time position
    • Location: Secondary School
    • Minimum Civil Service Requirements
      • Either:
        (a) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and one year of experience in clerical work which shall have involved typing; or
        (b) Two years of satisfactory full-time paid clerical experience which shall have included typing.
    • Start date: October 8, 2025
    • Pay Rate:  $20/hour

  • Athletic Director (.75 FTE) and District Admin (.25 FTE)

    This position heads the leadership of Wellsville's highly successful athletic programs, players, coaches, and facilities.  The person who holds this position is also a valued member of a collaborative administrative team.

    • Qualifications:  NYS Certified Administrator (SDA, SAS, SDL, SBL) preferred, or seeking Admin Certification, AND 5 years of successful coaching experience and/or 3 years of Athletic Director experience.
    • Start Date effective August 26, 2025
    • Salary from: $78,500 (dependent upon experience)

  • Assistant Principal, Secondary School

    The Secondary School Assistant Principal is a member of a cohesive Administrative team within the district and is supported by a Principal and an Assistant Principal. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of educational principles, and a passion for empowering students and faculty to reach their full potential.

    • Qualifications:  NYS Certified Administrator (SDA, SAS, SDL, SBL) Certification preferred, or matriculation in an administrative certification program. Candidates must also have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
    • Start date: As soon as the candidate is available
    • Salary: from $73,000 per year (based on experience)
