    • Minimum requirements
      • High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of building cleaning or maintenance experience required. Working knowledge of the operation and maintenance of heating systems, and the ability to make minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs is preferred.
    • Pay Rate:  $20/hour
    • Start date: July 1, 2026
