Student Registration

Student Registration Information

A registration packet must be completed for each student you are enrolling.  There are additional documents that need to be submitted along with a completed registration packet.  This list of documents is included on the front page of the registration packet.  If you have any questions about registration, please contact Hope Layfield at 585-596-2173.

 

If you are enrolling an out-of-district student, you must first submit a letter to the Superintendent requesting permission for your student(s) to attend.  This letter can be mailed to Megan Burdick, District Clerk, at 126 West State Street, Wellsville, or, sent via email to mburdick@wlsv.org.  You may review a copy of our Non-Resident Student Policy here.  If you have any questions about non-resident student status, please contact Megan Burdick via email or by phone at 585-596-2170.
